hood measurement please

I don't have my car here, so I would need someone to please measure the cowl part of the hood.
Length front to back, side to side of all area that is raised.

I am strongly considering cutting the hood and getting a bolt on cowl. Hoping it's close to this

My 1991 is about 41 inches in length and 26 wide at the windshield end and 23 wide at the front.
