When to tune
Hey guys,
I have sort of a silly question. I've worked on cars for long enough to be dangerous but something I've never gotten into was tuning or anything about it really. I'm in the market for an 87-89 vette and will want to make some changes to her but I wanted to know if there was a rule of thumb or something like that about when to get a car tuned.
