Default 700r4 raptor race tans problems

For starters I'm a do it my self guy so when when my trans went out at I straight away pulled it and had it built I went with a stage 3 raptor racing transmissions good for 700 hp upgraded everything servo, springs, transgo shift kit, eagle clutches I also went back with a 2600 lock up stall everything about this trans was built for power I put it back making sure the TV cable is correct I also installed twin transmission coolers but I have ran in to probs sense it hit the road at WOT it launches like no ones business but then shifts early to 2nd at about 5000 and runs all the way to 6200 Rpms and shifts hard to 3 but when you shift to 4th it just falls into neutral u ill you go back into the throttle and locks back in at at 2600 rpms but when you let off it falls right back down to 900 at idle also it will not down shift unless it's under 10 mph I have to manually down shift above that. I didnt install the electronic stall lock I'm currently turning 3000 rpms at 75 in 4th because it's not engaging . Anyone got any ideas what could be wrong?

OK

Are you going to fix it yourself?
I can list a lot of things.
Why isn't patc going to help you?
