Default Timing issue? Fuel Issue? ASR?

So here we go again with this car..... been throwing parts at her like im made of money. Really getting tired of this car....

Fuel sending unit failed leaving me to run it out of fuel. Filled with fuel ran just fine. Now it is running worse than it ever has. Sputtering and missing at idle. Sounds like its running on 5.5 cylinders driving down the road. Funny enough it sounds like a type 1 VW with a badass exhaust on it. No power. So kinda sounds like its not getting any fuel right?! but here is the kicker.

ASR active light comes on standing still revving it in gear or neutral. Turning it off doesnt change anything. I can even feel the servo kicking back at the peddle. Most of the times driving it from a light it also trips.

I'll be doing a fuel pressure test later today but im wondering what the hell this ASR deal is. Could it be pulling all the timing out of my motor?

New parts: O2 sensors, plugs, plug wires, coil, opit about 1 year

1992 Vette M6, K&N filter, Open airbox lid, Hooker Shortie Headers, Hi-Flow Cats, magnaflow catback, Blaster Coil, Taylor 8mm wires, SPEC Stage 1 clutch with light weight flywheel, Short Shifter, C5 ZO6 wheels (tire size 275/40-17 275/40-18) !!This may be contributing!! although its been set up like this for years.

Did you use thermal grease on the ecm when you changed the coil?
