Little more as in how much more, 50hp/tq or 100 hp/tq?

If a stick, then 4.10s are always a good choice. In an automatic, 3.54/3.73 and a higher stall TC. Car would feel like it has 30-40 more hp with those changes.

Tell us what you are planning on doing with the car?
1. Is it a daily driver
2. If not, how often do you drive it?
3. Do you track it, autocross, or drag race it? If yes what tires, brakes, or other things do you plan in the future?
4. What power numbers are you looking for?
5. Will you be paying someone to do the work?
6. What is target budget and max budget?

Top end kit/headers is a great out of the box way to start, but you would need some tuning. If this is the one and only mod you will do, it would be a good choice, however if this will be a continuing project I might look into the Ls platforms or buying someone else's project.
