Timing Help...What should I set it at?

Timing Help...What should I set it at?
What are some of you guys with low 13 second L98's running your timing at? My mods are in sig, along with this for ignition:
-Hypertech Power Coil Kit
-Holley Annhilator HEI Module
-MSD SuperConductor Wires
-AC Delco Rapidfire #5 Plugs, cut-back electrode's, gapped at .045
Should I run it at 6, 8, or 10? Thanks!

Yeah...that's IF I could see the timing mark on the balancer! I guess I'll just have to wait till nighttime, and see if I can't do it better. I see the marks on the tape..I just can't see the mark on the balancer! argh! Stupid factory balancer.

Pull the battery cable and then rotate the engine so that you can get to the line on the balancer. User a whiteout pen to fill in the line and let it dry. Make sure it is a nice clean and straight line.

Actually, I used a reflective orange paint. Still couldn't see it...I couldn't get the dang light in enough to shine on it enough. I'll try again when it gets dark..better chance to see then. I'm gonna see what it's at NOW..then maybe change it to 8 (if it's at something else), see what happens.
