OK experienced guys....
I have a 240 hp convertible and have done the following:
Gutted out MAF + Throttle body bypass + Dynoflow mufflers + removed Frisbee + Cut airbox and K&N + 160 and hypertech stage II chip + Underdrive pulley set + throttle body 1" spacer + Air foil.
What kind of horsepower should I be getting? If you believe all the hype around these mods, I should be up to 300, but I would feel lucky to have added 25hp.
Maybe you gain 10hp all that stuff you mentioned, its may not gain any at all. The only seat of the pants is you need header, exhaust and cam combined. Since your car only has about 40k miles on it. If I were you, I would do a head&cam package, header and free flow exhaust. Reprogram your computer. Everything else no need to change, let it a lone. You should have a pretty strong running car. Most of the tuners are specialize in LT1/4 and LS1. But They are few tuners out there also specialize L98 motor. Here one of them is http://www.moreperformanceinc.com. Give them a call they can hook you up a package for your needs.
Don't believe all the hype. Gutting the MAF seems to do a little, a 160 thermo will make it run cooler. All the rest are useless. The largest restriction the the L98 is the intake and the cam. Doing heads at the same time only makes sense, and then you need headers to take full advantage of all of that. It costs more but you will make more power.
If you just want to make the car go faster with minimal investment get some gears :)
Oh, I didn't see underdrive pulley, that will gain a little.
I have all the mods listed in my sig. I put some of my 1/4 mile results in a hp. calculator and it said I was making between 300-310 at the crank and 230-240 to the wheels, but the calculator is just a guess I'm sure I'm no where near those numbers
The frisbee is worth 10hp, the 160 deg stat (when coolant temp is there) is worth 10hp, cut lid + K&N is worth 10hp, mufflers & cat maybe another 5-10hp; so I would guess around 35-40hp gain.
You may have gained more but take it to the local strip and get some time slips, get it weighed at launch setup and use the HP equations on my site to get crank hp.
Get a mandrel-bent 2 1/2" front Y and hi-flow cat- back and check out my hp gains from similar mods.
Cut back your spark plug ground electrodes for another 8-10hp gain.
Last year I had exactly all the mods you have listed down to the dynoflow mufflers and lets say my nitrous plate is a TB spacer. I ran a 13.79@101mph. That should give you an idea of where your at. You have to take into consideration that I have a couple which I believe is lighter and also have a higher gear ratio.

Wow if its work this way. Then I probably have over 1500hp on my set up. Remember all those stuffs have to work together. You can't seperate them 10hp here and 10hp there. Sorry, it does'nt work that way. The only possibly gain 35-40hp is changing the cam. Other than that you will never see 35-40hp gain realisticly.

On my '89 L98 I have true duals, open air box, K&N, that stupid air foil thingy  (the previous owner put it on there, not me!!!), AFPR and 160 stat.
At 149,000 miles my dyno numbers were 228 RWHP and 325 RWTQ. Factor in the 18% driveline loss, and I should be around 269 net HP.
With your mods, I'm guessing your numbers will be similar to mine.
