Default need help selecting torque converter

I have a 84 corvette and after research i found its a 30 spline, but now i am seeing you can buy a 9 3/4 inch 10 inch 11 inch and 12inch. Will all these fit? If so what is the purpose of the different sizes? What is the size of the stock torque converter?

Street with a little bit of drag racing for fun. My current application requires me to have a 3k rpm stall. I just need to know what size.

I got a Precision Industries unit. They give you 1 free stall or cleaning within the first 2 years.
