Default A few questions for starters

Hi,

I am only beginning to familiarise myself with the machine.
There are quite a few glitches and I do intend to finally bring it into a proper working order she deserves.

1. DIC shows no errors on module 1 (C12), which is good.., but "err" on module 4 .. which I think is bad.. I did some searches, but could not find anything helpful regarding this supposed lack of communication with the ECM. Please throw in some suggestions..

The other problems involve: a cruise control not working, for which there is quite informative thread.. I did what i could whithout removing the plenum (found a torn vacuum line, but fixing it did not bring the CC back on)..
Same goes with the "full power" mode. No errors on dash, light turns on, but I could not find a difference between the off and on positions of the key.. vacumm pump works and holds vacuum..

I'll deal with the above then I have the time to remove the plenum and take a depper look.

There is also lack of difference the car feels with the different settings of the ride control switch.. but that's not an urgent matter.

I'd rather first deal with the lack of ability to read codes from module 4.

Regards.

What year is your ZR-1? Do you have the FSM? A recent acquisition from here in the US or have you had it for quite some time? Miles?

Bought it form a second hand cars dealer here in BG just last week. He said it came from Germany, where it was for quite some time. However I did find a receipt in the documents from a service shop in Miami Florida.. but the ink is quite faint to tell more.
65 000 miles on the clock.

Still learning to feel the car and it's aches It will be a weekend car.. I have an Ampera (aka Chevy Volt) for every day use.. figured I should bring in some ballance .. gas/no gas
