Recently my 91 killed on me driving at night after about 15 minutes. I coasted to a parking lot. Tried to start it up immediately and nothing. Waited a few moments and it started right up. Flipped the lights and it killed.
Did this a couple of times and finally drove the 2 blocks home with no lights on.

Any ideas where the problem might be????
Alternator or battery or both. maybe just a loose belt
Had the belt replaced as it did occasionally squeak. Never thought it was bad enough to cause the car to kill.
Mechanic checked alternator and battery. All good but he said it's either the belt or a module under the distributor cap?
Declined that repair. So far, so good!
