Headlight Motor?

I need to find out if the drivers side headlight motor from a 1990 Corvette is the same as an 1984 Corvette. Same thing with the fuel pump/sending unit?

The headlight motors changed in 1988. I have heard that they are interchangeable though...

For replacement purposes, all fuel pumps were the same for 1985 through 1996 (except ZR-1).

As a direct replacement, no.. the 88-96 are a 2 wire motor with a control module while the 84-87 are a 3 wire unit with three control relays.. The 84 fuel pump was only used in the 84 C4..
The headlight motors can be used with some modification of the wiring and the addition of the control module..

If you're trying to upgrade the drivers side only, this wouldn't be practical. The module for operating the later style headlights operates both of the headlights. To have one early style headlight and one late style headlight would be a wiring nightmare!!
