Default Intermittent Code 44 after headers

Is this telling me I need a heated O2 or just a new one?

It's telling you there is too much oxygen in the exhaust or the output voltage is too low. Assuming is was OK before the headers, it's either not getting a good ground or the sensor isn't getting hot enough. The best bet is to replace it with a 4 wire sensor. One wire is a dedicated ground, two wires heat the sensor, the last is the sensor output.

Upon further research I found that the car has to be in closed loop to give a code 44 so that's pointing me to a new O2. I'll put a heated one in anyway.
