Default Air bag code 42 Indicator lamp circuit 1990 base

The INFL RST window stays lit, and the seat belt light on the instrument panel. Generates code 42, I reset to no avail. I did have the DIC out, think I have to dig it out again and use cleaner on connections?

Also was under passenger dash checking cruise sensor, in the area of the yellow airbag wire.

Came on after reassembly, guesses on what went wrong before I tear back into it? I really dont see any wiring illustrations in the FSM?

Code 42 is pretty straight forward, either the 5A CLUSTER fuse or the DIC connector and you had it apart. The diagnostic is very specific in 9J (I believe) section of the FSM I'm sure. That same section serves also as a sort of wiring reference also best I recall.
