Was that off something other than your Corvette? I just would never expect to see such wear on a hydraulic linkage clutch...but I suppose if the miles are high enough. On older muscle cars (well, they were newer then) I actually did break clutch linkage from wear like that, Fords seemed to be the worst by design.
