I have a 85 vette, owned it for about 3 years. about 2 years ago started running bad and set dtc 33. replaced maf cleared code ran good for a while, put old maf back on ran good till a few weeks ago when I took it to the Somerset show let sit a few hours drove good for 40 miles let sit while we eat dinner then it ran good. put on another new maf sensor ran 2 miles light came on dtc 33 put old maf on ran good. ran diag. today to replace burn off module. any one know why the old maf will not set code but new one will? looking now for a burn off module.
