Soft rear brake line taunt when jakced up
Just pulled my rear tires and noticed the pass side soft brake line was taunt, so I jacked up under the knuckle to relax it until I put the wheel back on. I had the calipers off the rotor but not the car, not long ago and I do not rem this. Wish I woulda noticed earlier just had the car up on stands for a few days, still idk if it was doing it then as I left the wheels on.
Recent changes
-lowered rear about an inch
-set sway bar neutral
-changed to 40/60 shocks
-drm brackets
-new wheel bearing and Teflon washer
-removed parking break
-removed abs
Other than the spring bolts, shock, or sway bar I can't think of anything else that would cause this. Even then idk why they would cause it, it's not like I raised up the car.

that is not right. either a one size fits all generic, but too short brake hose was put on at some time in the past, or your mods changed something; in either case you need to put on a longer brake hose immediately. I had a similar situation after "4" wheelin in an old pickup; thank god the hose parted a block from home; if it had parted a day earlier I, my friend, his wife and young daughter would all have ended up at the bottom of a very steep, remote river canyon. Thank your lucky stars you found this when you did.

I disconnected the sway bar and still does it, new shocks are only maybe 1/2" longer.
I'm thinking I'm gonna order a Goodridge braided line kit and hope that it's long enough since the braided lines don't have that tube/sleeve on the caliper end.

Other side isn't taunt and I jacked it up to the same height and it still was.

Not sure what to say; if the hose is tight, it's too short. The shock limits suspension rebound travel, and you changed shocks to shocks you say are 1/2" too long. Seems pretty self evident to me;
You'll need to put the correct shocks back on, or get longer brake hoses.
FYI, my 92 when the rear wheels are "hanging", the hoses are taut. Not tight, but just right. If I dropped my suspension another 1/2", it would be too tight.
