idle question

hello,I replaced the vac. lines from the throttle body to the carbon canister "switch"and from the "switch"to the canister also replaced the vac. line on the pcv...that's all I did and the idle seems to be sticking @ about 11-1200 till I punch the gas when stopped then she idles down to normal ? Anyone else have sim. problem ...any sugg.s on how to fix ? :confused:

check your throttle linkage where it enters the TB, apperantly this is a common problem ( have seen more than a few posts about that ), you can try a bit of lubricant
