Rockauto.com is good for a lot of things might check that out.
I like to use http://www.stranoparts.com/ when I can. You won't beat his prices. He may not list stuff on his site but he can get it without any issues. Technical advice is likely better than anywhere else. He is also a Corvette Forum vendor I do believe.
Change fluid to dot 4, centric premium rotors and Carbotech XP10 front XP8 rear pads you will have plenty of stopping power and can be driven on the street with no issues.
If interested in Carbotech pads I will be happy to help you.
So I am going to go with the J55 and use those till my skills improve.
For shocks I'm going to get Bilstein Sports or QA1's. Possibly sway bars.
Getting excited to turn some wrenches on this old girl.
When I can without pissing off my wife, I want to get the Addco sways and the master poly bushing set. Just doing the Hawk Pads & Stainless lines with new Dot 4 fluid is a great upgrade for the money. Also I read that the 95-96 come standard with J-55 brakes, is that correct?
FYI, the Bilsteins should be a good shock. QA1 makes a nice drag racing shock. Ridetech makes a REALLY nice double adjustable. Koni's Sport shock single adjustable cannot be beat for the price. I got my set for about $600.
What Adam@carbotech said is all you really need as far as brakes go.
Koni yellows are great for starting out and you havesome adjustment. Hawk makes a new Street/Track pad that might be best for you. Motul 600 or Castrol SKF for the brake fluid. J55's slotted rotors would be my pick.
On a budget here so I just went with some Hawk pads and some Castrol SRF in my Motive Power Bleeder and I was down the road! Quite noticeable and not so much brake dust after a bit of 'spirited' driving.
