Never needed to do it BUT I don't know why you can't modify the clamp to use even with the O2 bung obstruction OR perhaps just a quality "band style" clamp constructed similarly to the one you linked to except a single diameter.
And since it's a "slip-fit" put your hands on a 2 3/4 or 3" or whatever size pipe expander and just confirm that the header outlet is actually round and formed correctly.
Thanks for the tip guys, i'll try sealing it up with RTV.
I thought about modifying the summit clamp to clear the o2 sensor bung, but my thinking would tell me the clamping force would be uneven and leak...
WHY TRY - just correct it and be done with it. Get a correct pipe expander and make sure everything is round and your "slip-fit" should get well. I don't know what diameter your collector is supposed to be but I believe the "chain" auto-parts stores keep a larger for loan that should do likely 2 3/4 or 3.
A hole-saw should work on the clamp you have and I don't see how that could compromise the clamping force of the clamp.

RTV does a good job of sealing, you can even use it as a header gasket, the only downside is if you take it apart you have to clean all the rtv off the surface before re-assembly.
