Is it still the way to go for manual transmission?

After reading a lot about different oil for our ZF's, I went with Amsoil last year.

So far, I am happy with it. It shifts smoother now. Sometimes there was even a slight synchro issue when shifting into 2nd when cold. That has not happened since I went to Amsoil.
