Default Headlight Panel Adjustment

My headlamp panel does sit flush with the hood. It is below the hood at the passenger side to the top left and below the hood lower right.
Is this the e screw for adjusting the panel?

I have the FSM and it just refers to the bracket.

Default Headlamp Panel Adjustment

Thanks for your response. I just wanted to make sure that I was on the right screw/bolt. I have a habit of turning the wrong one and getting myself in trouble.

If anyone else has some comments, please submit them, like a shortcut or an easy way to adjust the panel.

The headlight panel is meant to sit a tiny bit below the hood in the front to prevent rock chips. It also sits a tiny bit above the hood in the rear for the same reason. There are two stops on the mechanism that control this.
