Supercharger recommendation
I'm thinking about getting a c4 year 94-96. Is there a complete supercharger kit for this car. I'm a student going to school so I need the most reliable kit possible and I would like to know the price.

The procharger kit for c4, has a great head unit, but non ideal supporting parts. Youll get belt slip.
If you dont follow this advice, you will end up paying twice when you end up witj gregs kit after realiing the procharger kit doesnt work right
If you could find someone removing one of greg carrolls kits (to sell a car) that would be your most cost effective way to get a deal.
Otherwise expext to pay $6 to $8k
Also: dont let anyone tell you the stock bottom end cant handle it.
It will do fine provided its in good shape Already and done right (tuning, overbuilt fuel system, fail safe on meth system, etc)
So that will save you money not needing to build up the bottomnend first (provided its in good shape)

New there really is only Greg. All the other kits will have issues.

I have a d1 procharger on mine, it's been carbureted since before the blower. But I had the whole kit by procharger but eventually deleted the intercooler since I have a carb and now watermeth. But it's a good kit and you won't get belt slip until you get to higher #boost numbers.
prob best deal you will find.
