Default LCD CLuster display issues

1991 Corvette base model
Mileage: Unknown but upwards of 150,000
Problem: LCD cluster does not display legible information

An issue with the tachometer led me to pulling the cluster. It has since been repaired but a problem arose after reinstalling the cluster. The LCD panel displays broken vertical/horizontal lines and does not clearly show anything (no working speedometer, fuel gauge, odometer and whatever else it is supposed to show, I really don't know).

Anyways, I have since:

Cleaned/degreased the vehicle grounds and the flat strand wire at the common ground, underneath and to the side of the battery.

Pulled and rerouted the cluster plug out of the stock location to under the dash to visually confirm a solid connection.

Pulled and cleaned the Trip/Fuel/Mileage reset unit to the right of the cluster, above the radio (aftermarket pioneer? which has since been pulled)

Tried to remove the CCM but it will not come out without the dash being pulled.

Any further help would be greatly appreciated.

Found behind the radio, I believe it is the stock radio plug but I am researching to confirm

Stock radio harness?

CCM unit

Is this damage from the factory or has someone attempted to get at this before

3 single wires at the left footwell on the driver side, I can not find where these may connect so I am researching

Somewhat current state of the interior, carpet and seats removed. I have also pulled the center glove box/console

How far the CCM will come out as is with all brackets removed, but unit still plugged into harness. The CCM makes contact at the bottom left and top right so I can't get it out

Hardly "factory"!

You, sir, are in dire need of a FSM with wiring diagram!

That is known to Car Stereo Installers as an EHJ...Epic Hack Job. FSM, good quality wire, soldering gun, and heat shrink, will fix the wiring right up. May the Force be with you!
