The answers will be all over the board. The Typical wire routing is a tedious job. The LTCC is a GREAT upgrade.. I highly recommend. But this kit states not to use low impedance wires. So i now have $magnecor$ wires. They are very nice..
traditional, I prefer NGK r plugs. MSD superconductors. Most importantly if higher mileage. Do NOT substitute the OPTI.. You will not want to replace that again. Any time soon. Also add a water pump to the list.
I went with stock set up on my 94 I loosend the power steering pump up and slide it forward to get in the hell hole. do one wire at a time to get it right and pay attention to the way it goes in the looms and make sure they all click twice.

Plugs and wires on the LT1 / LT4 motor are NOT a fun job. Spark Plugs for cylinders 6 & 8 are sometimes easier to access from below the car. But - the plugs are relatively easy compared to the wires... Getting to the distributor side is "difficult" particularly on the driver side. MSD Wires and NGK Irridium Plugs are my recommendation, others feel differently and everyone has a right to their opinion. Changing plugs and wires is a PITA job - so I don't recommend trying to save a few $$$ on inexpensive parts... You won't want to be doing this job again real soon,
I've had some luck pulling the idler pulley to get access to the Driver side plug wires - some people have suggested that pulling the water pump makes the job easier. One MAJOR word of caution - the opti-spark distributor lies behind the water pump and does NOT like getting wet. SO... if you're going to pull the water pump to do the plug wires - get the coolant drained down to below the water pump coolant passages before removing the pump. If the wires aren't known bad - consider changing just the plugs.
