Looks like a great deal but I am hung up on one issue. The internet page says it does not come with an oil level sensor hole. Do 1990 Corvettes need that? I don't have the car with me yet so I cant just look under the car and verify.

Get as original as possible unless you are upgrading. These cars are babies. 3 month warranty? Is that a joke? I'm looking at pulling my oil pan from my C4 tomorrow; Looks pretty tight between the engine and crossbar.

MIL: Mother In Law or Malfunction Indicator Light. Coincidence? I think not.
Why buy that junk? You are going to have to measure the height, assuming the shape is exactly the same and not from some F-body or other, drill the hole and all that. There IS a sensor in my 91 and I am fairly certain it extends to 90.

I got someone to do it for me since I didn't have a lift. Took some work to get the pan (Miloden 7 qt, IIRC) out. We had to drill a hole and guess at volume for the height.
Looking online, 1990 does have an oil sensor. So I need a one piece rear main oil pan with a oil sensor hole. These are harder to find that I thought they would be. Anyone have a used one laying around?

Have you checked into getting an OE unit even if it is old? You could sandblast and powdercoat it.
MIL went to ntb for an oil change, they stripped out the drain plug, leaked like a sieve. I installed am over sized plug which fixed the leak. MIL didn't learn from the first time and went to Wal-Mart for another oil change. They stripped out the over sized plug and now it leaks like crazy again. And you wonder why we all insist on changing out our own oil.

TimeSert ® actually does drain-plug repair BUT have you maybe gone beyond using an OS "off the shelf"? Maybe. You'll need to measure and evaluate the dimensions presently and decide which BUT is likely doable and the preferred I'd think.

Wal*Mart or any of the quick lube places strip a drain plug? NO!!! I don't believe it. Why, I think they do it by hand with a torque wrench to be sure. I also have a bridge for sale. Slightly used, well maintained and one owner. CASH ONLY.

Believe me, she has already gotten "the talk" for a second time. Only bring your car to me to get the oil changed.
Did you check with a GM dealer to see if the OE part is still available? When I checked on a replacement oil pan for a C3 the replacement pan has the drain plug on the drivers side of the oil pan, not in the back like the original. GM did not have my C3 oil pan. Automotive parts stores did.
