Default Any typical problems with selective ride control?

I'm wondering what problems I can expect with selective ride control in a 96. I have been wanting to find a car with the F45 option, but I'm wondering what issues & how reliable I can expect from the system. I'm not going to autocross or race the car. I just notice the cars with this (or Z51) suspension seem more desirable & carry a little more value. I have read it's very difficult to tell differences between settings unless you know the car pretty well. Another question I have is does the system vary between year models. My last question for your opinions is this: is it worth holding out for F45, or am I asking for trouble(aka more components to break). Thanks for the feedback.

I have a 94 and like the fx3 suspension. I think I feel a difference but then who knows unless you drive it hard every day, I don't. It did great on a trip to Bowling Green last year. Sure, more parts to break...about the same as any other high priced sedan....just more sporty.

Hope you enjoy it when you get it.
