My passenger and driver side windows have the same leakage issue in the same exact spots. The weatherstrip was replaced before I got the car and it seems to be the good foam type stuff. The weatherstrip that goes around the windshield seems to have a deformity possibly and it doesn't quite mate to the targa top like I think it should. Time for Pictures!!
You can see the deformity right as it approaches the top of the window maybe 2 inches before. Is this a bad piece of weatherstrip or is there an alignment issue somewhere.
You can also see the small gap between the targa piece and the windshield piece.
