Cruise Control
Problem just started last week. When comming back from Carlisle I had the cruise control on at 75mph and everything was working well. As the day got hotter I turned on the A/C and things were still okay. I stoped for gas on the PA Turnpike and then continued on my journey. I turned the A/C back on and then tried to set the cruise control but it would not engage. After trying to get the cruise to work about 20 times I noticed that the only time it would work is if I set it before turning on the A/C. The next thing I discovered is when I turn up my fan control to the max (10) the A/C controls would lock up and I am unable to adjust the fan speed or even turn it off. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Are the A/C and cruise control tied together in an electrical circuit or vacuum line? I checked all my vacuum lines and everything looks okay.
