underdrive pulley fitment

Can someone tell me if it is possible to remove the crank pulley from the engine compartment without taking off the water pump on a 1990 Vette ? :confused: :confused:

If so what do you do ? looks to tight to me. :smash:

You can do it but you need to remove the "frisbee" and the water pump pulley to clear the cross-member with the crank pulley.

thanks for that, the freezbee has long gone after reading your comments last year, i was going to fit the crank and water pump pulleys anyway so it all looks good. i just thought it looked a bit tight even with the water pump pulley out.
