Default Will I needed a custom chip?
I will be installing Hooker super comp. headers soon when I do this I plan on getting rid of the air pump and all its components, and maybe putting in a AFPR. My question is will the stock chip still function or will I need a custom chip

You should be ok with the regulator. The headers might make you a little lean, but the regulator should be enough to compensate.

just retune it with the AFPR, chip will be fine
