clutch master fluid
Unable to find an ac delco clutch master cylinder for my 95 I got a wagner. My current one is leaking and making a mess. I want to use the proper fluid so my new one doesn't start leaking. My local chevy man says no gm#12345347 available use DOT 4. Others say DOT 4 for brakes and DOT 3 for clutch. I was hoping to hear what you guys use. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

You could return the Wagner piece assuming it's under warranty but you may have to send the old one back in order to get a replacement. Check with the place you bought it from.
For clutch fluid, a good DOT3 brake fluid will work fine. I had used the Ford Motorcraft HD brake fluid in my '87 and never had a problem. This same fluid can be used for frake fluid too. The wet boiling point of this fluid is at the high end of the DOT3 scale. It comes in 8 oz bottles so you don't have to buy a full quart container of something else and have a half-bottle just sitting.

I had a slave cylinder go bad and when I looked in the bore it had quite a bit of rust. The rust was probably from the hydroscopic nature of regular brake fluid and my car sits in the garage during the winter. I replaced the slave and master at the same time then used DOT5. I have not had any issues with my clutch since.
Luk is a company that makes clutch assemblies. I had checked various places for AC Delco clutch cylinders and never found one. I would have thought AC Delco would have something like that.

If the clutch master is a NAPA unit, that should be a decent part. If you have a local NAPA store, it can't hurt to check with them to see if they have one in stock for a replacement.

I wish it was compatible with ABS I would use it in my brake system hydraulics too.
Jim Jandik @ power torque systems bought all of the remaining NOS clutch components some time ago and regularly rebuilds these systems. He knows everything there is about the C4 clutch hydraulics and uses quality sourced parts. If you ever have a problem, you just shoot him an email and he will get right back with you and is more than happy to check anything out. This is what makes it worth it to me.
Back in 2012 when I was doing a lot of PM I replaced both the master and slave with cast Wagner units. They worked fine, but I could immediately tell a difference in the feel of the clutch. They almost had a rough feel, and I also noticed a "squeak" type noise when depressing the clutch pedal with the engine off. Luckily I kept the original stamped steal units, and sent them off to Jim. Can't remember the cost, but it was well worth it. I brought the Wagner units back to the parts store and got my money back.
Point is, do what you want. But the Clutch and Transmission on these cars aren't necessarily cheap to repair. I try to use the best quality parts when it comes to clutch/trans (Same with LT Ignition Componenets
). His are arguably the best in my opinion.
