locks from fob not working

1996 CE, lock and autolock from fob stopped working. Hatch works fine. Did reprogram following instructions on this site, hatch still works lock and autolock (when you walk away still don't work0 Happens with both fobs

Try adjusting your door switches gently pull out the plunger and close the door.

I'm with Mark on this one. When I turned off my PKE by holding down the door button as stated above the only button that worked was the hatch button.

I did have any issue with the alarm going off randomly and I fixed that by adjusting the door switch as Antfarmer stated. Thought that was worth mentioning incase you have the same problem in the future.
