How do I remove those plastic engine covers?
They're dressy, I'll give 'em that. Unfortuately, they're also kock-blocking my access to my EGR solenoid. How do I remove the plastic engine covers on my LT-1?

The covers you are referrng to I assume are the fuel rail covers on an LT1. All you do is pull up on them. They push into two holes in the top of the intake on the top and snap over two posts on the bottom.
