Default Talked into cam upgrade need advice

A buddy of mine has offered to swap my cam and rocker arms if I want to add a little power to my 94.

I'm thinking that if I go that route I should go ahead and pull the heads and intake and send them off for porting and polishing and port matching to get all I can out of the new cam.

Does anyone think I should upgrade or replace the throttle body or is it good to go on a lightly modified 94?

Not looking too build a beast just want to get a little more power to get the car up to par with some of the new cars. More interested in torque than horse power.

Looking for recommendations on cam and lifters and where to send the heads and intake for the work I mentioned. Not interested in a choppy idle. I prefer a strong engine and great sounding exhaust with a smooth running engine.

I am going with TPIS or ARH headers and Borla cat back exhaust to compliment the engine mods. I have a local tuner that is going to dial in the tune when the work if finished.

The two most often mentioned names for port work are Lloyd Elliott : http://elliottsportworks.com/ and Advanced Induction : http://www.advancedinduction.com/
I've been researching this myself for future use, they're both highly rated with Lloyd apparently being more popular. By all accounts Lloyd is a great source of information and very willing to take a phone call or email to discuss your needs.
