Car won't turn over
I have a 91 Corvette...I put new column in car new battery . ...car won't even turn over now....I can jump starter and it turns over...I can jump relay under dash and turn key it will turn over ...but not with key alone....HELP

Is the resistance pellet in your key the same? Possible VATS issue.
