Default Code 36 MAF burn off problem

1988 C4 Automatic Corvette Coupe
The wire is glowing red on switch off, but the computer isn't receiving the success signal.

I have replaced the 2 relays several times
I have swapped ECM’s
I have unplugged and plugged all plugs
I have the Factory Manuals

Some history -
In 2003 there was a code 36 MAF Burn Off circuit problem.

A known remedy is to replace two relays. MAF Burn Off Relay and MAF Power relay
This removed the code 36.

The code returned after about 18 months.
Replacing the relays worked 3 more times, at about 18 month intervals.

For the last 6-7 years, code 36 has shown continuously.
New relays haven’t helped.

The car always run well.

Over the years I have tested circuits and found no faults.
I have a spare ECM and that has been swapped 2 times during the last 6 years.

I'd appreciate any suggestions from the Guru's here
