Help- Need Traction
Ok, I'm not bragging, I just want to hear what you guys have to say.
I've had my '88 for a couple of months now, first vette and I love it.
The car is immaculate and a brute with about $8k in heavily mod. rebuilt engine (19k miles) by the previous owner. I just dont can't figure out how to put all that horsepower on the road without losing traction due to the c4's inherent front wieght bias. Even with the 315x35 Goody's its very difficult to prevent the rear from breaking contact even when I mildly get on it. I'm tryng to think of some way to get more wieght over those tires. Has anyone tried hanging the battery off the rear axle brace and relocating the spare in the rear cargo area?
