16lbs to 15lbs - you will be just fine. A pressurized cooling system increases the boiling point of the fluid. You and the vette won't notice the difference. There will a tad less pressure on your coolant components; coolant will flow into the overflow bottle a tad sooner. No biggie! Run the same cap with the flowcooler pump.
