Have an 85 vette with the 350 TPI. Replaced fuel pump because it had hard starting problems. Now it has low voltage to the pump. Pump doesn't run at all. Old pump ran just fine but wanted to stay ahead of the game and install a new one. Replaced the fuel pump relay to no avail. Is there a ground or some other relay that might be causing the low voltage?

edit: sorry i did not know i had actually replied.
if it ran fine before you did the pump swap then 99% chance u buggered it by accident or u have a faulty part.

Note that the fuel pump only gets voltage for the first 2 seconds after the ignition is turned on (primes the fuel rails for starting) and when the engine is rotating (cranking or running). You can't just go to the back of the car and measure the voltage.
