I did post this over at third gen but what do you all think??
Guys just going to trow this out there. This may have been mentioned .
Just thinking some.
Can one use the excel diacom file and then enter your specific VE table then have excel compare and recalculate the INT and display the new VE.
I know diacom will be specific on map tables eg. 45,64,47 kpa where as tuner/gmpro go every 10. eg. 10,20,30,40.......kpa
so maybe set excel to read 35-45,45-55,55-65.......kpa
the diacom eg. could be
55kpa@2500rpm,int=116
excel would be
((INT – 128) x .2) = Change to VE table value.(per glen91gta)
(116-128) x .2)=2.4 so have in the next colums your actual VE table typed in and then it will spit out all the VE changes.
actual VE 54--->new ve should be 51.6
That is exactly what I have done. I go out with datamaster, and gather a bunch of data. I then import it into excel, and using the daverage function, average groups of blm values for say, 2000 rpm, and MAP between 42.5 and 47.5. I havent included the int values yet, but this would be very simple to do (I am still at the rough tuning stage). Let me know if you want to see my excel file, and you can see how it was done.
