Default Bolt size?

1989 stock

Some how I have miss placed the 4 bolts that attach the AC compressor to the AC bracket. Would anyone know what size I need to buy. I thought I was being so careful bagging and tagging all parts as I took them off. Don't know what happened

Look under the left flap on the bottom of the box you put them in.

I was just thinking, does that 1.25 number the length of the entire bolt? If so it will be too short.

you could try the dealer, but they may or may not be available. you could also try Fastenal, or McMaster-Carr. i doubt ace hardware would have anything in those specific lengths. here's a couple fleabay links - these should fit the bill...

http://www.ebay.com/itm/1-M8-1-25-x-...JT-OPF&vxp=mtr

both come from "clips and fasteners." I have purchased hardware from this outfit in the past without issues. if you buy all four bolts at the same time, you'll pay one, combined, shipping charge. you could also go directly to their website - http://www.clipsandfasteners.com/?Click=2

you do know, as soon as you buy them, you WILL find your originals -

I can't believe this. I just ordered them. I then decided to go thru my baggies for the 20th time, and I found them in the baggy with the valve cover bolts. I am going to wait in my garage all night if I have too, to catch who ever did it when they come back to do it again. I know it couldn't have been me

Maybe, it was one of you guys messin with me. Come on, own up, LOL
