You need to remove the door trim from the door and determine what's really needed. You might escape with just the hardware required and it's maybe in the door. Maybe!! You might also need an armrest, your snapshot doesn't confirm what's needed. I've seen a few that were similar appearing. One needed an arm rest, the rest just some hardware.
I might have a correct '92 right door part in red. It would depend on the part# label you find on your door trim when you remove it.
In the 92 FSM section 10-6, it does not give a name for the handle part that you grab. However, in order to make the repair, you will have to remove the door panel. Behind that is what is called the "accessory mounting plate". It's not clear in the FSM, but I presume that the screw/bolt that holds your loose 'grab handle' goes through that plate to provide a firm anchor.
