Default Bose relay removal from bracket - release?

It's always the little things and this time I can't get the Bose relay out of its plastic mounting bracket (I don't mean the pocket in the storage compartment behind the passenger seat - I mean the plastic bracket the relay plugs into) so I can replace it. It feels as though there's a release but I can't see one. On the other hand perhaps it's just brute force.

Thanks in advance. John

The relay is mounted to dash support brace. Your best bet is to unplug the connector on relay, pull wires down and plug in new relay.
I was able to get to the screws since I have a bread loaf delete panel on passenger side of dash.

Many, many thanks for getting back to me on this as you have on countless other questions in the past. Actually my car is a '94 so the relay is in the styrofoam form with the CDM and the jack in the storage compartment behind the passenger seat and my problem was getting the relay out of the bracket. It was hard to get loose and I couldn't tell whether it was just stuck or there was actually a release. Not having gotten a response I used a screwdriver and it eased right out and I made the replacement.

I thought that by the time I had seen your post you had solved the removal! Nearly "all"of the relays require some help BUT THEN there's people that mention them just falling out. Go figure LOL

That's what keeps us interested in these cars, right? The challenge.
