Good to know. I always thought that the alternator was too close to fit many other valve covers. I knew the valve covers would fit the motor, but I wasn't sure if they would work in our Corvettes.
Also for what it is worth, the LT1 was still the motor in the '97 Camaros. In '97 the LS1 was only in the Corvettes.
