No start now I'm stuck?

No start now I'm stuck?
Well I'm stumped I replaced the IGNITION COIL and the IGNITION CONTROL MODULE and still just cranks but won't start I DON'T GET IT why?
I did the fuel pump test everything is good on that end in fact without a fuel pressure gauge it still shoots into the rafters of the garage
I am at a loss for words and just for arguments sake I had the 🔋 load tested at 4 different places and it passed at all 4
So what is it why won't it start I have never had this happened to me before I'm stuck what should I do

lol well that is funny I have not started it myself (hectic work schedule) but my wife said she got it started and took it to the post office drop off then back home. But as for me NO 
but the odometer backs her upI had a tech go over to my house and double check my work but he couldn't get it started
So as you see I'm stuck if I can't get it started myself I have to trailer it and that is a all around hassle I for one don't need

Are the injectors Pulsing? Injector, ECM or Ignition Fuses Good. is there spark down by the plugs (old plug in boot test) leaning on Exhaust
