Default GM water pump vs high flow

The GM factory water pump on 89 c4 was recently replaced. Finishing up with LT4 cam swap on stock L98 with ported intake. Considering high flow pump . Will the gm pump flow ... gpm work ok with 2row radiator?

Yes, the GM pump will work. My personal opinion is that you are better off with a high flow pump like Flow-Kooler or similar. They make a big difference in the engine temperature, especially in traffic.

Edelbrock is a decent prostitute for the stock unit. I have one myself.

Make sure you get the correct rotation w/e pump you get. A hi-flow T-stat is suggested with a hi-flow pump.
