Just found out my rear shocks are blown and the front shocks are probably close to going out soon. Because I have the FX3 Selective Ride option in my car, must I use the same shocks (Bilstein)? Mid America sells them for $200 each....quite an investment for a full set. What are my choices?
If anybody finds a seed that I can plant to grow a money tree......

Re: FX3 Question (fast90)
You can send your shocks to Bilstein to be rebuilt, somewhere between $50 and $100 ea depending upon how damaged. They will also re-valve to different performance specs as an alternative.
Or, you could remove the system and sell it to me cheap and put in regular shocks!
Pete - I'm going to keep the system. I've heard of sending them back to Bilstein for refurbishment and I'll keep that in the back of my head. I'm still curious to know if I can use any other shocks that will work with my FX3 sytem.
Call Bilstein in Calif. Great guys, and will get you dialled in. Two week turnaround. You will have better than new shocks for about $300 for the set. 800.537.1085
