Trouble code P 430
I know it is related to poor emissions. What is most liely cause?

Scanned the DRIVEABILITY AND EMISSIONS section in the GM service manual, and was not able to identify your trouble code P430. Is this a valid code?

Yes it is. It has to do with the emissions system not operating efficiently.
The chart in the manual indicates that the cat needs replaced.
