I know it is not for a '95, but a '96 manual on CD is only $23 at Rock Auto.
I bought one for my '96 and it is a pdf file that looks like every page of the paper manual has been scanned.
They do not have one for a '95 for some reason, but there are so many things that are the same from '95 to '96 that it still may be worthwhile at that price. There will be some differences in wiring for the OBD2 in '96 though.
I agree with the others though, get the FSM. Other manuals don't come close.
