You have the classic symptom of a sliced O-ring in the cold start injector fuel line fitting.
In my case the O-ring #107 got sliced by a sharp edge inside the injector rail as the fitting #105 was screwed in. I smoothed out the sharp edge and never had a problem since. Unfortunately the only way to get access to this ridge is to take the fuel rails off the engine. You could try lots of lubricant on the O-ring...
it looks like you would first have to disconnect the large vacuum tube from the rear of the plenum. that MAY give you enough to access the CSI fitting at the fuel rail. the only thing I can tell you is to try it. if you can, good - if you can't, might as well plan on removing the LH runner. when fitting and installing a new O-ring, use plenty of lube (i'd use engine oil) and slowly and carefully re-assembly to avoid damaging the O-ring, and don't over-torque the fitting. good luck -
